This Privacy Policy explains how BoatMatey ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile and web applications and related services (the "Services"). BoatMatey is operated by Donkey Labs.

You may delete your data at any time by deleting your account. Upon confirming account deletion, all data we hold for your account will be automatically and permanently deleted.

How to delete your account: In the BoatMatey app or web app, open Settings (or Account), then use Delete Account & Data. You will be asked to confirm; once you confirm, your account and all associated data (including boats, logs, and any other information we hold) will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. Note: Deleting your account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription; you must cancel the subscription separately in the relevant store.
